Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Dispatch & Processing Times
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email complete with a premium tracking link.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
We partner with premium courier services to ensure your package arrives securely.
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3 to 5 business days. (Cost: Free for orders over 249).
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has left our facility, you can track its journey in real-time using the tracking number sent to your email or via your customer account dashboard.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages
Your order is fully insured during transit. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost by the courier, please contact our concierge support immediately at vartiva.care@gmail.com so we can arrange a priority replacement.
